Tanya began her personal training journey in a CrossFit gym after experiencing firsthand the benefits of working with a coach. She is a passionate trainer who brings a lot of energy to both group and one-on-one training sessions. Tanya understands that everyone is unique, so she focuses on you and encourages correct form and good technique to help you move well, not just in the gym but in your daily lives.

She has worked with clients from 12 to 72 years old and developed a reputation as the go-to coach for injury prevention and rehabilitation, working closely with physiotherapists and other health professionals to build a holistic approach to training.

Utilising previous work experience as a nanny, Tanya knows how to motivate and support even the most reluctant individuals through encouragement and positivity. Always eager to learn, Tanya enjoys exploring new skills and training methods to better support clients of all ages, abilities, and injury histories.

Professional Experience

Paris has a unique background in both Personal Training and Wildlife Conservation. After completing his PT qualification in 2016 he split his time between coaching in NZ and conducting research in Africa, until both passions came together when he had the opportunity to build remote gyms and train Anti-Poaching Rangers working on the front line in Kenya.

Paris has also dedicated himself to upskilling as a coach, having studied extensively throughout his career. He specialises in injury rehabilitation, working closely with the Physio team at Habit to provide his clients with tailored programming to support their recovery.

His career in personal training has also presented him with opportunities in the entertainment industry; working for celebrity clients and contracting for multiple roles on the Avatar movie franchise.
